And you realize you are not hurting an animal or another person. There is great joy that comes from that. I truly believe that living in accordance with the values of compassion and love make you a happier person all around.”
“We want to maintain that whole plant in its state as much as possible. We don’t want to adulterate it with lots of starches and gums and flavors and things like that. We want a really clean ingredient label and we want to produce a product that has nutrients. It has protein and has calcium. It has whatever nutrients that plant may have.”
