- I know it doesn't feel like that a lot of the time, but healthy stress keeps us going so we don't want to eradicate it completely.

What we need, is to identify and eradicate unhealthy stress - the stress that causes anxiety, causes us to make mistakes, causes us to get ill and ultimately takes us away from our life plan.
